You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. For defective or damaged products, please attach clear photos or a video showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective).

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will replace the item at no cost to you or provide a full refund.

Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
